FTX V2 to Go Live with New Features Launched on November 21st, SBF Says

FTX CEO SBF announced on Twitter that FTX will roll out some new features over the course of the next month, with a bunch to be launched on November 21st. At that point, FTX V2 will be live. FTX's matching engine will have a bunch of improvements, and a new order matcher and lower latency API pathways will be released.
