FTX.US, the American subsidiary of crypto exchange FTX, announced that it is acquiring stock-clearing firm Embed as part of the expansion of its equities division, FTX Stocks. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed. Previously, when FTX.US announced that it would begin offering stocks, it said Embed would provide it custody, execution and clearing services for securities.
