Gaming-focused Blockchain Oasys Closes New Round of Strategic Funding

Gaming-focused blockchain Oasys closed a new strategic funding round with participation from Galaxy Interactive, Korean gaming giant Nexon, popular gaming franchises MapleStory and Dungeon Fighter Online, and others.

It is reported that the core objective of this strategic funding round is to enhance the Oasys' ecosystem by strengthening its validator network and expanding its pool of gaming partners to continue to create more opportunities for the growth of Oasys and its different stakeholders.

Oasys, a gaming-focused blockchain jointly launched by Japanese gaming company Bandai Namco Entertainment and Sega, has completed a private token sale round of $20 million led by Republic Capital, with participation from Jump Crypto, Crypto.com, Huobi, Kucoin, Bitbank and others.
