PeckShieldAlert tweeted that Genesis Dormant-labeled addresses 0x815c transferred 20k $ETH ($23.9M) to 0x0e77...530, then swapped 19.995 $ETH for 20,544 $wstETH (at $1,303-$1,307) when stETH/ETH fluctuated to $0.985 on 31 December, 2022.
