Genesis Has Filed About $1.2 Billion Claim Against Three Arrows Capital

According to 1,157 pages of court documents uploaded by bankruptcy trustee Teneo, Genesis has filed about $1.2 billion claim against bankrupt Three Arrows Capital. Whose parent company, Digital Currency Group, assumed some of Genesis' liability in the case. The filing shows that the claim covers $1.14 billion in assets and pledged tokens of $AVAX and $NEAR with a total value of $91.3 million.
