01:26 Jun 30, 2022 Grayscale Filed Lawsuit against SEC after Spot Bitcoin ETF Application Rejected
As official paper shows, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has rejected Grayscale's spot Bitcoin ETF application. Sonnenshein, CEO of Grayscale, announced that the firm has filed a lawsuit against SEC. In addition, Bitwise's Bitcoin ETP application was also rejected by SEC.
