Harmony Team Sends On-Chain Negotiation Request to Horizon Bridge Attackers, but No Response

According to Etherscan, the Harmony team sent two requests to the Horizon Bridge attackers: "The Harmony team is interested in communicating and negotiating. Please reach out at security@harmony.one to start a conversation. Communication can be anonymous. " but the hackers have not responded to this at this time. Previously, Harmony said its cross-chain bridge Horizon was attacked and lost about $100 million. Harmony is currently investigating with the FBI and several cyber security firms.
