Hop Protocol Is Setting New Airdrop Standards

Following Optimism's removal of 17,000 Sybil addresses from its airdrop list, cross-chain bridge Hop Protocol has tweeted that new airdrop standards are being set. Previously, Hop Protocol announced in early May that it formed Hop DAO and would launch token $HOP. $HOP totals 1 billion, with 8% to be airdropped to early adopters. Of this, 3.35% will be allocated to users of the Hop bridge (minimum of two cross-chain transactions and at least $1,000 in volume); 2% to liquidity providers; 2% to Bonders; 0.1% to active community members; 0.05% to external Hop contributors; and 0.5% to Authereum users.
