HSBC, Deutsche Among Major Banks Willing to Work with Crypto Companies, DCG Says

Digital Currency Group (DCG) said some major banks, including Santander, HSBC and Deutsche Bank, are still willing to work with crypto companies, CoinDesk reports.

Following the collapse of Silvergate Bank, Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, DCG is trying to find new banking partners for portfolio companies. It's reported that the group also contacted BlackRock, JPMorgan and Bank of America.

According to the report, the banks may restrict some services for crypto firms, like brokerage and money market services and the ability to wire money to third parties. Traditional banks may be willing to set up banking accounts for crypto firms, but would place restrictions based on the level of crypto exposure.
