Juno Expected to Restart Chain from New Genesis Block at 21:00 UTC

Juno tweeted that it is expected to restart the chain from new genesis block at around 21:00 UTC on July 28th, but it could take longer. Previously, Juno chain halted because validators couldn't reach consensus for block 4136531. Juno decided to restart the chain from a new genesis from block 4136532, skipping block 4136531.
