Korean investors of $Luna and $UST plan to petition court to seize Do Kwon's assets this week. The law firm RKB Partners plans to file a motion to temporarily seize Do Kwon's assets and file a lawsuit against Do Kwon on fraud charges. Six lawers from the law firm's capital markets law team and intellectual property team are reportedly writing and reviewing the petition for provisional attachment and the complaint against Do Kwon.
