Korean Social Media Giant Cyworld Plans to Launch Cryptocurrency

Korean social media giant Cyworld plans to reopen on April 2 with the launch of the token Acorn ($DTR). This will be Cyworld's first official cryptocurrency launch. Previously, Cyworld had shut down its services in October 2019. In April 2021, Cyworld plans to launch its mainnet to compete with Korean Internet giant Kakao.
