Layer2 Network Shibarium Goes Live Again

Shiba Inu developer Shytoshi Kusama announced that the Layer2 network Shibarium is live again and operating well. According to Kusama, the network had accumulated over 65,000 wallets and 350,000 transactions before the announcement. All funds are safe, and the channels will reopen.

After Shibarium went live on the mainnet on August 16, a large number of funds were stuck in the Shiabrium bridge. Starting last week, however, some of the funds began to arrive. Kusama said it is by design that the $SHIB, $LEASH, and $WETH withdrawals through the bridge take 45 minutes to 3 hours, and $BONE withdrawal takes up to 7 days. The withdrawals through the bridge are confirmed to be working now.
