Livepeer Announces Migration of All Functionality from the Ethereum Mainnet to Arbitrum

TokenInsight news, Livepeer, a decentralized streaming media delivery protocol, announced the completion of a network upgrade that disables protocol operations on Ethereum mainnet and migrates all functionality to Arbitrum. As Ethereum mainnet gas fees rose, it became clear that the high-fee environment made it challenging for Network participants to operate effectively and profitably. As of today, Livepeer orchestrators (Orchestrators) will not receive earnings or inflation rewards on the main EtherNet, which will all be paid on Arbitrum. All Orchestrators will need to migrate their interests to Arbitrum by February 21. $LPT stakers can start claiming their $LPT and earnings on Arbitrum after February 21.
