Merit Circle DAO Proposed to Buy Out YGG's $MC Allocation at 10x Price

Blockchain game guild Merit Circle's community raised a new proposal, proposing that Merit Circle DAO buys out the YGG and Nifty Fund allocation, a total of 5,468,750 $MC tokens at $0.32. For a total of $1,750,000 USDC. In addition, a legal agreement will be signed, enforcing the buy-out offer legally and protecting both sides against future litigation. The vote for this proposal has started, and will end on June 9th at 7:58 am UTC. Previously, YGG and its co-founder Gabby Dizon's personal fund Nifty Fund purchased 5,468,750 $MC at $0.032 and invested $175,000 to Merit Circle.
