Migration of Arbitrum One to Nitro to Happen at 14:30 UTC on August 31st

Arbitrum Developers announced that the migration of Arbitrum One to Nitro will happen at 14:30 UTC on August 31 which is expected to take 2 to 4 hours. During this time there will be some downtime at the network and infrastructure level. Users who are running an Arbitrum One node will need to upgrade their nodes so that the nodes continue to function post-migration.
