Montenegrin Prosecution Appeals Decision to Grants Bail to Do Kwon

A Montenegrin court recently granted bail to Do Kown, a key figure in the virtual currency Terra and Luna collapse. The local prosecution has appealed the decision, according to news from SBS.

The court confirmed that the prosecution has filed an appeal against Kwon and his accomplice Han Mo. Following the usual procedure for appeals, the court said that "three judges are reviewing whether the bail approval decision was appropriate."

The court decision could still be overturned, as Kwon and his group are foreigners and Interpol red notice targets. Kwon is still detained in a detention center outside of Podgorica, Montenegro, awaiting the court's final decision on the prosecution's appeal.
