Circle Announced Noble USDC is now available for developers and users of the Cosmos ecosystem. Noble USDC can be considered the official form of USDC for the Cosmos ecosystem.
Noble is an appchain purpose-built for native asset issuance in Cosmos. Noble is part of the IBC network which gives Cosmos appchains the ability to communicate and exchange assets like USDC directly with each other. Developers and users can now transfer USDC from Noble to appchains via IBC to send, spend, save, borrow, lend, and trade with digital dollars.
It is the first time for the IBC ecosystem to have a native, fiat-backed stablecoin that is highly liquid and fully collateralized.
