Near Native Stablecoin Issuer Decentral Bank Launches $USN V2.0

Near native stablecoin $USN issuer Decentral Bank announces $USN v2.0. In Phase 1, $USN will be backed 1:1 with $USDT, users can only mint and redeem $USN using $USDT, and NEAR staking rewards will be available to generate native yield on an ongoing basis. In Phase 2, $USN will also be collateralized by non-stablecoin assets, starting with $NEAR, and other assets such as $ETH and $BTC may be introduced to the collateral list in the future. The first phase will last a few months.
