NYC Deputy Mayor of Public Safety Phil Bank’s assets and investments were worth as much $6.45 million in 2021, according to financial disclosures released by the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board. Phil Bank said he had bought between $15,000 and $150,000 worth of $BTC and $ETH.
