Offchain Labs Acquires Ethereum Client Prysm's Developer Prysmatic Labs

Arbitrum developer Offchain Labs announced that it's acquiring Prysmatic Labs, which is the developer of Prysm, one of the biggest Ethereum clients. Offchain Labs said that it will continue to develop Prysm, and increase its involvement in further Ethereum development initiatives.
