Offchain Labs Releases Arbitrum Nitro Whitepaper

Arbitrum developer Offchain Labs released the Arbitrum Nitro whitepaper. Arbitrum Nitro is defined as a second-generation Layer 2 blockchain protocol. It is reported that Nitro provides higher throughput, faster finality, and more efficient dispute resolution than previous rollups. Previously, Offchain Labs announced that the Arbitrum One mainnet is migrating to Nitro on August 31st.
