OKEx Chain officially enters the third phase-fully open to developers to freely develop contracts

According to TokenInsight, OKExChain (OEC) will officially start the third phase of the mainnet from 16-17 on July 28. Anyone can freely deploy contracts on OEC. All users and developers can participate in OEC's mainnet and testnet for free, and there is no charging scenario.
