OKX to Delist Major Privacy Coins including Monero and Zcash

OKX announced that it will delist almost all privacy tokens and will suspend deposits for privacy coins.

The exchange will delist major privacy tokens like Monero and Zcash, as well as partly private coins like Dash and Horizen.

On Dec. 27, the platform halted user deposits of tokens FSN, ZKS, CAPO, CVP, XMR, DASH, ZEC, and ZEN. Withdrawal of these tokens will be suspended from March 5.

“In order to maintain a robust spot trading environment, we constantly monitor the performance of all listed trading pairs and review their listing qualifications on a regular basis,” OKX said in the announcement. The firm added that the decision was made “based on feedback from users” and the OKX token delisting or hiding guidelines.
