Optimism Launches Governance Portal Optimism Agora

Optimism announced the launch of Optimism Agora, its new governance portal that aims to bring votes to fully on-chain. Going forward, all Token House votes will occur on-chain through the portal. Optimism Agora will also serve as the delegate registry.
