Privacy cloud computing protocol Phala Network announced that it has won the Polkadot 13th parachain slot auction. Phala Network locked a total of 610,759 $DOT in this auction round. 15% were unlocked immediately after Phala Network launched $PHA. The remaining 85% will be released linearly in 96 weeks.
