Plonky2 Is Now Open-Source

Polygon announced the open-sourcing of its zero-knowledge proof systems Plonky2 and Starky, both dual-licensed under the MIT license and Apache2. Plonky2 provides fast proofs and efficient recursive proofs, and Starky is the STARK prover, both of which can be used on Ethereum (and other blockchains).
