Polkadot Plans to Lower Minimum Nomination Amount from 160 $DOT to 10 $DOT

The Polkadot Board is voting on Motion 168, which would lower the minimum nomination amount for Polkadot from 160 to 10 $DOT and increase the maximum number of nominees to 50,000. As of now Motion 168 has up to three days to go to community referendum.
