NFT aggregation marketplace Rarible announced it will stop aggregating orders from OpenSea, LooksRare, and X2Y2, because it supports royalties, while all the three marketplaces mentioned use optional royalties.
"The principle of royalties is at the heart of decentralization—a continual affirmation of a creator's value in every transaction. We stand in solidarity with creators and artists. That's why we will no longer support marketplaces that neglect royalties," Rarible said in the statement.
Last week, OpenSea announced it would sunset Operator Filter, its royalty enforcement tool, and move to optional royalties on all secondary sales for new collections starting from August 31.
