Ripple and Individual Defendants Request Extension of Time to Respond to SEC's Letter

Former U.S. Attorney James K. Filan tweeted that Ripple and the individual defendants requested an extension of time until March 21, 2022 to respond to the SEC's letter, and the motion to extend the time was granted.
