Ripple CEO Says NFT is Underhyped and Sees New Use Cases

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse says NFT is underhyped and sees new use cases. He said that despite all the hype in parts of the NFT market, NFT is clearly underhyped. He cited the example of carbon credit trading, which has often been "challenged" by fraudulent activity and is emerging as a use case for tokenization because of its transparency and traceability. It could really revolutionize the carbon credit market and make it more efficient. Ripple is investing $100 million in the sector, he added.
