Hoot.it, an Open Web search engine from RSS3, will soon be connected to ChatGPT and is recruiting its first test users. Hoot.it adds and optimizes more content training from open networks such as Web3 on top of ChatGPT to give users a better experience when searching for content.
RSS3 is a decentralized content and social protocol. It was first launched in the second half of 2020 by a former RSS practitioner named Joshua. The aim of RSS3 is to be the feed standard for Web3 and it has no relation to previous versions of RSS. There are now many decentralized apps (Dapps) that have been developed and run on the basis of RSS3.
Hoot.it is the world's first open web search engine that is powered by RSS3. It has also integrated and adapted the decentralized social protocol Nostr and Damus applications. With Hoot.it, users can search for a Nostr address and display the social data of the address. In the future, developers can also access Nostr address data through the RSS3 protocol API.
