Russia's Deputy Energy Minister: Crypto Mining Must Be Included in Regulatory Framework

Russia needs to eliminate the legal vacuum in the field of crypto mining as soon as possible, said Evgeny Grabchak, Russia's deputy energy minister. He said that the legal vacuum in crypto mining makes it very difficult to regulate and set clear rules. If crypto mining is to be conducted in a certain way it is necessary to introduce legal regulation and add the concept of mining to the regulatory framework.
