Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal tweeted that he would reject Musk's proposed offer. He said Musk's $54.2 offer does not come close to Twitter's intrinsic value. As one of Twitter's largest long-term shareholders, he and his investment firm Kingdom Holding Company will reject the offer.
