SBF to Testify in His Own Trial on October 26

SBF's lawyer Mark Cohen confirmed that his client will testify in the trial of the former FTX CEO. SBF is expected to appear at the witness stand on October 26, and have his cross-examination the next day.

Apart from SBF, the defense will have three other witnesses, including Joseph Pimbley, a financial service expert at PF2 Securities, and a Bahamas lawyer. The defense plans to question the inconsistency in two former FTX executives' testimonies, Gary Wang and Nishad Singh, trying to prove that their statements at the witness stand didn't match what they said a few months ago. The defense wants to include the original FBI interviews into evidence and summon the FBI agents to testify, to challenge Wang and Singh's credibility in the case.
