SBF Willing to Testify at the December 13th Hearing

SBF tweets that he still does not have access to much of his data and may not be able to provide sufficient assistance, but is still willing to testify at the hearing to be held by the US House Financial Services Committee on December 13th.

In addition, SBF indicates that the information he will provide during the hearing includes FTX US's solvency and American customers, pathways that could return value to users internationally, what he thinks led to FTX's crash, and his personal failings.
