Singapore Central Bank Reprimands Three Arrows Capital for Providing False Information

Singapore's central bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), released a statement today to reprimand Three Arrows Capital for providing false information to MAS and exceeding the assets under management threshold allowed for a registered fund management company. MAS is assessing if there were further breaches by Three Arrows Capital of MAS' regulations.
