Solana Labs to Launch Web3 Smartphone Saga

Solana announced the launch of the Solana Mobile Stack software ecosystem for Android, along with an upcoming Android smartphone called Saga. The device is focused on Web3 and will include a mobile wallet adapter, seed vault for storing private keys, a new Web3 dapp store, and will integrate with Solana Pay. Pre-orders for Saga are reportedly now available, with deliveries scheduled to begin in early 2023. In addition, the Solana Foundation has committed $10 million to facilitate the development of SMS mobile applications.
