Solana Mainnet Update Causes Some RPC Nodes to Fork Away

The Solana mainnet activated a new feature during the last epoch boundary that caused 30-50% of RPC nodes in v1.8 to be forked forcibly. RPC Nodes that had already upgraded to v1.9 were not affected.
