Solana releases network reboot instructions. The announcement states: "Mainnet Beta Validators should follow the cluster restart instructions. Highest optimistically confirmed slot is 153139220. Don't delete your ledger directory. Don't change your installed Solana version, if you are on 1.10.39 stay there, if you’re on 1.13.1 stay there."
