Solana Scaling Protocol Layer N Scheduled for Mainnet Launch Next Year

Solana scaling protocol Layer N is scheduled for mainnet launch next year. Layer N builds on top of Solana with the goal of increasing scalability and will be working with Ledger Prime and Pattern Research as liquidity partners.

Layer N also plans to deploy a "sandbox" testing environment by the end of this year that will allow anyone to view a testing program it plans to deploy on its devnet.

It is reported that Layer N's investors include FTX Ventures, Solana Ventures, Solana Foundation and Solana co-founders Anatoly Yakovenko and Raj Gokal, among others.
