Sources: Binance in Talks to Acquire Indonesian Crypto Exchange Tokocrypto

Binance is in talks to acquire Indonesian crypto exchange Tokocrypto, according to sources.

The sources added that Tokocrypto CEO Pang Xue Kai will step down from his role when the deal is completed. Following the acquisition, Tokocrypto may see layoffs.
