Sources: FTX Wins Voyager's Asset Auction for $50 Million

FTX has won the auction of Voyager's assets for $50 million, according to sources. In addition, the acquisition price could climb if milestones such as assets under management are met.

Previously, Binance and FTX led Voyager's asset auction, with Binance bidding about $50 million, slightly higher than FTX's bid, according to the Wall Street Journal.
