The SEC Has Issued a Formal Electronic Subpoena to Justin Sun

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has formally issued an electronic subpoena to Justin Sun, founder of Tron, the Tron Foundation, the BitTorrent Foundation and BitTorrent (now known as Rainberry), court documents show. As previously reported, the SEC said last month that it was suing Justin Sun for allegedly selling and airdropping unregistered securities, committing fraud and market manipulation.
