According to Teneo, the joint liquidators of Three Arrows Capital, the bankrupt crypto hedge fund's co-founder Zhu Su was apprehended at Singapore Changi Airport when trying to leave the country.
Previously, the joint liquidators had applied for and obtained a committal order against Zhu Su from the Singapore Courts, because of his "deliberate failure to comply with a court order" which compelled him to cooperate with the liquidators investigations.
The committal order sentenced Zhu Su to 4 month's imprisonment. Meanwhile, a similar committal order was granted against another co-founder of Three Arrows Capital, Kyle Davies, whose whereabouts remain unknown now.
According to TokenInsight data, the price of OPNX's exchange token, $OX, dropped by 57.33% over the last 60 minutes, trading at $0.014909 now.
