Ticket Tool Tweets Response to Cause of Attack: Command Update Bug

Discord bot Ticket Tool has tweeted that a recent update to the add command got a bug and allowed for some type of privilege attack. It has been rolled back to a previously secure version that was not attacked, and will investigate in detail how this happened.
