Roman Semenov, co-founder of the crypto mixer protocol Tornado Cash, says they will not comply with sanctions against Russia. This is because Tornado Cash has seen a recent increase in demand, and in Tornado Cash, users fall under the definition of "anonymous software providers", which excludes them from money transfer regulation.
