Twitter CEO Tweets Musk's Decision Not to Join Its Board of Directors

Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal tweeted that Musk has decided not to join its board of directors. The tweet comes on the heels of several board discussions about Musk joining the board. Musk will be appointed to the board subject to a background check and formal acceptance of his appointment. The decision was to take effect on April 9, but on the same morning, Musk announced that he would no longer join the board.
