Twitter Sues Elon Musk over $44 Billion Acquisition Dispute

Twitter has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk, accusing him of failing to finish the $44 billion acquisition and demanding that he complete the purchase of Twitter for $44 billion, according to a legal filing. Twitter says it is entitled to specific performance of defendants' obligations under the merger agreement and to secure for Twitter stockholders the benefit of Musk’s bargain.
