Two Masterminds of NFT Project Frosties Scam Charged in Court

Nguyen and Llacuna, two masterminds of the NFT Project Frosties scam, have been charged in court and could face decades in prison. Prior to their arrest, Nguyen and Llacuna were preparing to launch a series of NFT called Embers, which was expected to generate about $1.5 million in crypto proceeds. Previously, the creators of Frosties absconded with the money and shut down all communication channels with community members, causing investors to lose more than $1 million.
